Wholesale customers & Galleries orders will be shipped by Royal Mail next day recorded delivery (insured for jewellery). After cleared payment is recieved. It is unlikely that orders will be incomplete or arrive damaged. I pack these with great care myself. However to answer your possible questions if your order arrives to you less than perfect there is a policy.
Shops, Galleries and other business that purchase MarMoo and MarMoo Accessories products are welcome to sell MarMoo Products online on there own website providing they sell items at the RRP recommend by MarMoo. You are welcome to use your own images of products that you have purchased or images that have been provided to you by MarMoo Accessories. Please note that all items vary from each other as it is not possible to make them exactly the same. These are hand decorated by myself. As well as decorating these items I have also designed most of these items so these designs (I have created) are not to be copied and reproduced.
Returns & Exchanges For Wholesale Customers:
All purchases are returnable 21 days after receiving (postage is not refundable) and exchangable within 3 months provided these items are not damaged or used and are resellable. Please contact MarMoo Accessories via email within this time if you require a refund. Returns will not be issued after this time has passed unless agreed with Amanda Cope. All items sold are subject to the UK Returns & Refunds Policy which is in accordance with the DSR’s (Direct Selling Regulations) and Sale of Goods Act (1979). Items will not be dispacthed until payment is recieved.
Faulty / Damaged or Incomplete Orders:
Please contact MarMoo Accessories by email within 21 days regarding your order if it is found to be faulty/damaged or incomplete on arrival.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all items are checked/counted upon receipt of receiving the order. Any shortages must be reported within 21 working days of receipt. The owner of MarMoo Accessories will not accept responsibility for any claims after this time has elapsed.
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ensure any return(s)/exchanges are adequately and carefully packed. Buyer’s should also ensure items are returned by special next day recorded delivery (insured for jewellery) so items will be insured if lost in transit. Please keep your reciepts so you are able to claim back the value of your order with Royal Mail. Please include a letter or return invoice detailing the reason for return(s)/exchange if not discussed with Amanda Cope before sending items.

Each item is hand assembled and may vary slightly to that shown in the picture. These items should be treated with care if you want them to carry on looking fantastic. These items should not be worn in water please.These items are unsuitable for children under 5 years of age.
How To Look After Your Jewellery:
To clean your jewellery use a soft, dry, silver polishing cloth after wearing.
Do not use water, washing liquid or other liquid which contains alcohol for cleaning your jewellery.
Do not wear your jewellery when you are in the shower/bath, swimming, and when you are sleeping. Store your jewellery in a soft velvet bag or jewellery box. Avoid long term exposure to moist air or under strong direct light.

I offer three delivery options for UK Inc. N.Ireland:
Standard delivery (4-5 working days)*- £4 if order is under £180 ( To Uk Only)
Next working Day Delivery – £7 unless order is over £180 then delivery is free (if placed before 10am on WEEKDAYS ONLY)
Saturday Morning Guaranteed – £8.50
Next working Day Delivery – (if placed before 10am on WEEKDAYS ONLY) at £6.50 (we cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands). Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.
UK Saturday delivery, including N.Ireland – (On orders placed BEFORE 10am on FRIDAYS) at £8.50. You can order at ANY time during the week for a Saturday delivery, the deadline for this service is any Friday 10am. (We cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands).
If your order misses the time slot for Saturday delivery, i.e past 10am on the Friday it will be held until the following Saturday delivery, for your convenience.
Delivery is either via Royal Mail airmail or via courier. A signature will be required on delivery. We aim to get your order to you within a few days, but please allow up to 10 days. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

Will There Be Additional Duties Or Taxes Payable On My Purchase?
The total invoice paid during the purchase process includes all taxes and duties for the merchandise to be delivered to the address in the country specified by the customer. However this does not apply to DDU countries where the customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on arrival.
What Is The Returns Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or change your mind, simply return the item to us. Please email us at email@example.com within the first 24 hours of receiving the order , quoting your name and Order number, and give the reason you wish to return the item.
All goods must be in their original re-saleable condition (as dispatched), with original packaging and must be returned to us together with the receipt within 7 days of you having received the item. As soon as we receive the goods we will be able to issue a refund.

When returning the item to me it is your responsibility until it reaches MarMoo.
I suggest that you obtain proof of postage and insurance in case the item is lost in the post.
When a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. The email will be sent to the same email address from which the order was made.
The refund will be made to the same card which was used for your original purchase.

MarMoo will not refund postage of returned goods, unless they are found to be faulty, and in which case we will refund postage. In every case of return, returns must be clearly marked “Goods Return to Vendor” on parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incurring customs and carrier handling charges on entry to the UK, if returning goods from overseas. Any costs incurred by MarMoo will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to exchange or replace the products, please put in a note with the returned parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund, or that you would like the goods replaced with a different colour/items, however it may not be available so you may not be able to have your requested item and I will contact you via email to discuss options. You will have to pay the additional shipping costs to resend the parcel to you. For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service the US or Europe.
